@savoirpair OG wine for OG dinner! This is Nana Vickie's favorite - the creaminess, acidity and oakiness make it a love match with the Beef and Biscuits.

Tina went old school with the Chipped Beef and Gravy on Biscuits. And sometimes, when you go throwback with the food, you follow suit with the wine. We don’t typically drink oaky, buttery Chardonnay often. We lean towards tarter wines that go gently with those flavors. Tina’s mom LOVES that style of wine, and we just happened to have one on hand when we made the Chipped beef, and when we paired them, it was love at first sight. (We promised to replenish Nana’s Chardonnay before she comes next time. ) Creamy, buttery dish meets creamy buttery wine. Double down on the richness.
